Video for the Legal Profession
VIDEO DEPOSITION FEE SCHEDULE
Shooting:
First Hour charge is $200.00.
Additional hours are $100.00 per hour charged in 15 minute increments.
If multiple video depositions are to be recorded on the same or contiguous days (at the same location) and the camera equipment can be left securely set up, there will only be one first hour charge.
Video Files:
High Definition MP4 files are $25/hour (one hour minimum)
MP4 files are delivered on USB thumb drives
Conventional DVDs (on disc) are $25/hour
Travel:
No charge for travel within Davidson & Rutherford Counties.
Travel outside of those counties is $20/hr. and 45 cents a mile.
For billing purposes, we use Google Maps to determine time and distance, starting at the Rutherford County Courthouse in Murfreesboro.
Delivery:
Hand delivery or shipping is $15/order
Standard turnaround time (from deposition to shipping) is two weeks.
If you require faster turnaround, an additional RUSH charge of 25% will be added to your total.
Other Services:
Video editing, photography, promotional & web videos, day-in-the-life videos, and transfer and duplication of most video formats.
